A timeless story in which each bottle was created to imitate the mountain peaks of the Muscel region.
Between 1949 and 1960, this region was home to partisans, freedom fighters during the communist period, who were also called outlaws.
Pursued by militia troops for more than 10 years, they never lost hope in God.
During the winters in the mountains, especially the harsh and endless winter of 1954, they experienced starvation. In the diary kept by one of them, he describes how they managed to mix the remaining corn with crushed tree bark to have something to eat.
They represent the anti-communist stronghold, which fought to the death. Some of them were killed in clashes in the mountains with the security forces. Their families were persecuted and sentenced to years in prison, simply because they did not want to denounce them.
This is why the perfume was named U.M.B.R.E the extract of hope.
This bottle and packaging are handmade in Romania.
