When will I receive my order?

We process orders within one business day of receipt, Monday through Friday .

However, depending on circumstances (public holidays, order volume), this time may vary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, PERIYARD will send you a confirmation email containing all the information needed to track your package.

This email will include:

  • The tracking number of your package to be entered on the website of the delivery service that corresponds to your order.

Steps to track your order:

  1. Check the shipping confirmation email sent by PERIYARD.
  2. Click on the tracking link or copy and paste the tracking number on the website of the indicated carrier (Colissimo, DHL, etc.).
  3. Follow the different stages of your package shipment, from dispatch to delivery.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received an email with your tracking number:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  • Please make sure you entered the correct email address when ordering.
  • If the email is not in your records, contact our customer service here

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order after it has been placed.

However, you can cancel your order while it is not yet being prepared by sending us an email with the order details.

You can then reorder with the correct items.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to refuse delivery so that the package can be returned to us free of charge.

Upon receipt of the package, we will refund you in full.

In case you have already received the package, it is your responsibility to return it to us. We will provide you with a Colissimo return coupon . If you choose another mode of transport, the return costs will be at your expense. If the product is returned to us damaged, opened and/or used , we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

What should I do if I am not there to receive the package?

If you are not there when the delivery is made, don't worry.

The carrier will leave you a delivery notice with the necessary instructions to collect your package from a relay point or arrange a new delivery.

How to return a product?

Return costs will be covered by PERIYARD only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Before returning a product or requesting one please click here and consult our return conditions.

If you wish to return a product for another reason (change of mind, for example), the return costs will be your responsibility.

Please note: “Try Me” type samples are not eligible for returns.

If you have benefited from an exclusive offer including a gift, this must also be returned, as it is conditional on the purchase of the main product.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, and cellophane wrapped.

What is the refund period after a return?

Once your return has been received and verified, PERIYARD undertakes to reimburse you to the bank account used for the order within a maximum of 30 days , provided that the return conditions (condition of the product, packaging) are respected.
