At PERIYARD , we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy below.

1. Duration of the return policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your product, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the exact condition you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, unopened and intact.

3. Proof of purchase

To process any return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note : Do not return your purchase directly to the brand manufacturer.

4. Partial refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for a reason not attributable to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after receipt.

5. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund was approved or denied.

If your request is approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

6. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund after confirmation from us:

  • First check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund officially appears on your account.
  • Then contact your bank, as it can take time to process a refund.

7. Promotional or sale items

Only items sold at regular price are refundable. Items purchased on sale or during a sale are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

8. Exchanges (if applicable)

9. Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher credit for the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser and they will find out about your return.

10. Shipping costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs will not be refunded . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time it takes to receive the exchanged item may vary depending on your geographic location.

11. Shipping Insurance

If you are returning an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items if these recommendations are not followed.
