Fluffy Cake is inspired by kanom thuay foo, a Thai pastry with a light and airy texture, traditionally associated with prosperity and joy. It also echoes the Chinese fa gao, the “cake of ascension,” a symbol of growth and good fortune. The fragrance reflects this idea of ​​gentle ascension: something warm, delicate, and deeply comforting.

The opening reveals the fresh greenness of pandan. Naturally sweet, slightly milky, it brings a very distinctive vegetal sweetness, both indulgent and subtle.
The heart becomes creamier. Jasmine blends with a milky note, creating a soft and enveloping texture. The name maeo (Melodorum siamense), a rare Thai flower, adds an exotic and delicately fruity facet, evoking the dessert's light, fluffy feel without ever becoming overly sweet.

In the base, sandalwood establishes a creamy and refined woody foundation. Vanilla prolongs the sweetness with restraint, bringing warmth and structure to the composition.
