Corpalium is a fragrance that stands out as a tactile and sensual experience, a raw exploration of earth and materials. From the opening, the iris root reveals its earthy and mysterious dimension, like an imprint left on the skin, while the coppery aspect of the leather is felt, offering an intense and palpable structure. The composition then unfolds in a tobacco facet, both warm and smoky, creating an intriguing contrast between sweetness and liveliness.

At the heart of the fragrance, an equestrian sensuality emerges, as wild as it is refined. Notes of straw and dry leaves bring a warm softness, but also an almost living freshness, as if one were in an open field, brushing the mane of a horse at a walk. There is something captivating, almost hypnotic, in this encounter between raw animality and the finesse of materials, a sensuality that unfolds gradually, attractive and profound.

Corpalium is a fragrance that combines earth and skin, strength and softness, an olfactory journey where each note tells a sensual and mysterious story.

The perfumer: Stephanie Bakouche

From a young age, Stéphanie Bakouche dreamed of creating perfumes, a passion she cultivated with unyielding determination. At the age of five, she already announced her ambition to become a perfumer, a dream she pursued her entire life, transforming it into reality with a unique creative vision. This dream, which has become her creative ethos, is at the heart of her work: giving shape to olfactory dreams.

Marlou

"Marlou", this word has a nice journey in the French language. It first meant "pimp" but few people know this meaning now that has aged. Then, the marlou became the good guy, smart and cunning who beyond his dubious practices accuses sympathy. Now attributed to children, it evokes mischief, harmless malice. Marlou was my nickname for a long time. It carries a story and invokes like many things in life, the clean and also the dirty.

A perfume created by Marlou takes part in body odor. It shapes its sensuality and invents an olfactory personality.

The house works around so-called animal notes. These, close to what the skin can produce, invite intimacy, a primary relationship with oneself and others.
