Return conditions

At PERIYARD , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased on our site, you can consult the following conditions to return your item.

1. Deadline for exercising the right of return

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of return. If this period is exceeded, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

2. Conditions of eligibility for return

To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition .
  • The original packaging must be intact , i.e. not unsealed, damaged or torn.
  • Accessories, samples or other items associated with the item must also be returned in their original condition.

If these conditions are not met, PERIYARD reserves the right to refuse the return or grant a partial refund.

3. Return process

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at hello@periyard.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship your item to the following address:

Please make sure to package the product well so that it is protected during its return. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure we receive your item safely.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . They will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded , only the price of the product will be refunded.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-30 business days of approval. Please note that the time it may take for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Non-refundable items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products unsealed or opened after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. perfumes whose packaging has been opened).
  • Sale or promotional items, unless they have a manufacturing defect or damage due to delivery.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at hello@periyard.com with details and photos of the defective product.

8. Gifts

If an item was given to you as a gift and is returned, you will receive a gift certificate credit equal to the amount of the returned item. The gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be sent to the purchaser and that person will be notified of the return.

9. Responsibility for return shipping

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or insure the shipping of any returns over €75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items if you do not use these services.

10. Products damaged during transport

If your order has arrived damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 48 hours after delivery) at hello@periyard.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will endeavour to resolve this issue promptly.
