Inspirations

To celebrate one year of existence, Woha Parfums did not settle for a special edition.
They created a true object.

A ceramic piece, designed in collaboration with the artist Miriam Martínez Guirao, that brings together the first two creations from the Arquitectura Líquida collection, Calahorra and Los ojos de tu piel, in 30 ml format.

Every detail echoes the projects from which the perfumes originated:
the texture, the shapes, the material…
The terrestrial vegetation of Calahorra blends with more marine vegetation, inspired by Los ojos de tu piel.
Two universes, one single piece.

Only 10 copies were made, all numbered and signed.
Suffice to say, this goes far beyond perfume.

It’s the kind of piece you don’t come across twice.
And probably not one you'll forget.

The perfumer: Alejandro Ponsà

Alejandro Ponsà is an independent Spanish perfumer known for a rather free and instinctive approach to creation.

He doesn't really follow classical perfumery codes. His compositions are often rawer, with deliberate textures and contrasts. He primarily seeks to create a sensation or atmosphere, rather than a perfectly "smooth" fragrance.

His work reveals an experimental, almost artisanal side. He likes to explore raw materials as they are, without over-transforming them, which results in fragrances that are quite lively, sometimes a little disorienting, but always with a true personality.

He mainly operates within niche perfumery, undertaking rather confidential projects where creative freedom takes precedence over everything else.

Woha Parfums

Woha Parfums is a unique young Spanish perfume house, born from an architecture studio rather than the classic world of perfumery.

The brand is based on a simple yet very strong idea: translating architecture into perfume. Their concept, called “liquid architecture,” involves transforming real places into olfactory experiences. Each fragrance is directly linked to a specific architectural project, seeking to capture its atmosphere, materials, light, or even the emotions it evokes.

Specifically, Woha does not build its perfumes around classic olfactory families (woody, floral, etc.), but around a space. A cafe in a vertical garden, an industrial building, or a renovated house become perfumes in their own right.

The brand was founded by architect Antonio Maciá, through his World of Holistic Architecture studio, with the idea that the sense of smell is an integral part of perceiving a place, just like sight or touch.

The compositions are notably created by Alejandro Ponsà, with a rather free and artistic approach, often centered on natural materials and a true coherence with the project they "represent."

What makes Woha interesting is that it's not just a perfume brand, but almost an artistic research project:
you don't just wear a scent; you wear an interpretation of a place.
